Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, simply reach out to us with photos of the item within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to ship you a replacement order free of charge.

Items Lost in Transit

When you place an order with us, you accept our stated shipping times. The vast majority of orders arrive within the published delivery windows, although outside factors such as customs checks can occasionally slow things down. If your delivery runs more than 10 business days past our displayed time frame, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement order.

Returns

Returns are accepted when something is wrong with your order (for example, it arrived damaged or broken). You may return the product within 14 days after receiving it. Returned items must be shipped to our warehouse in New Jersey, USA or California, USA. To start a return, please get in touch with us at contact@mylovemytreasurestore.com

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages that go missing or are stolen while in transit will be replaced by us, since that falls under our responsibility. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address entered on the order. When you contact us, we will confirm the delivery address, the delivery date, the tracking details and the carrier information so you can look into it further.
